We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for an expanding, family run, local company who have grown from modest beginnings to being a leading player in their industry.
Experience of delivering excellent customer service is the most important part of this role, and will be at the heart of everything you do. The company deals with both trade and domestic customers (from individuals to senior managers in large corporations), all of whom need to be given a top level of service in all their dealings with the company.
Your duties will be extremely varied and will all involve all aspects of general office support and customer service. You will be taking calls from customers and assessing what action needs to be taken in each case, booking appointments for an Engineer to visit where necessary. You will be coordinating the Engineer's diary, pricing any jobs that are chargeable, completing all of the paperwork involved in each job, raising invoices and dealing with suppliers. Along with the rest of the team you will also answer incoming calls, greet visitors, make teas and coffees and carry out general secretarial duties.
This is a really broad role and would be perfect for someone who can manage and take ownership of their own busy workload, who is tenacious and is happy to pick up the phone. Impeccable customer service skills are needed, as is experience of working in a fast paced, busy office; you will have a 'can do' attitude and genuine enthusiasm to make a difference!
