ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR WITH GOOD MS OFFICE SKILLS AND TELEPHONE SKILLS? iF SO THIS OPPORTUNITY COULD BE FOR YOU!

My client is looking for an administrator with, good telephone skills, proficient MS office skills in Excel and outlook, along with excellent attention to detail, you should be methodical in your approach be able to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise your workload.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders on to the system
  • Manage customer queries and resolve
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Meet KPI's
  • Support account CSM's

ABILITIES

  • 1 Year administration experience
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • MS office skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Team player
  • MUST DRIVE
