Based in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire you will be working for a market leader with a fun product supporting the Field Sales Manager and ensuring that ordering products is a pleasant experience for clients which include decorators, retailers, national accounts, wholesalers and distributors. You will be handling quotations, enquiries and orders which come in by telephone, fax, post and email promptly and efficiently, entering and processing orders, and liaising with warehouse and purchasing depts to ensure prompt product delivery. In addition you will be maintaining accurate records, developing good business relationships and attending trade fairs and client visits with the Field Sales Manager. To do this you will have to be fluent in French and English ( German or Spanish a plus!) and have some experience in a similar role. You will need to be confident, organised, with excellent communication skills and be looking to provide a truly first class customer service experience. You must be able to enter order details while the customer is still on the telephone and visit clients and trade fairs with the Field Sales Manager. Your IT knowledge should include Excel spreadsheets, the hours 8.30 - 5. This company likes to develop its staff!
