Enterprise Rent-A-Car's Heathrow Airport location has a current opening for two

full-time Customer Service Administrative Representative.

The Administrative Representative will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers via the phone and in person, in addition to administrative support.  If you have a strong customer service focus, close attention to detail, and strong computer skills this role could be for you.

This role will be part of our Administrative Team. Our team are responsible for helping our back-office responsibilities, and phone handling. This role will be directly related to customer service, Accounts Receivable collection, customer enquiries, and asset tracking. 

This position is based at Heathrow Airport, candidates must be able to work a 40-hour work week on a flexible shift system. This can include weekends, holidays and morning shifts starting from 5am and evening shifts ending at 12am.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Main Office
  • Incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors
  • Outgoing calls- callback management, account receivables, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Exit Booth
  • At the exit booth you will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during the final stage of the rental car process; facilitate the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information. The person in this role performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.
  • Terminal Desk
  • First point of contact for arriving passengers. To provide prospective customers with quotes to secure their business, and to provide directions and assistance to our booked renters.
