We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to join us at Fusion Education People Solutions (FEPS), Education people specialists that provide impactful HR products and services into Schools and Multi Academy Trusts. Along with a starting salary of £25,000 per annum (which rises every year up to £28,000), you will also receive 24 days annual leave (plus 8 Bank Holidays), a day off for your birthday, a BUPA Healthcare Cashback plan, a pension scheme, ongoing professional development and flexible working.

You will be the first point of contact to clients who have purchased our fantastic education-specific software products, helping them with any queries they have and offering full operational support.

Some of your responsibilities as Customer Relationship Officer at FEPS will include:

  • Being the consistent point of contact for any product/software queries that our clients will have (you’ll be fully trained on our software, so you’ll know what you’re talking about!)
  • Having regular interaction with clients to ensure they're getting the best use out of our products
  • Taking ownership of your client’s queries and any niggles, ensuring that you can find a solution and exceed their expectations
  • Logging any tech bugs & issues with our Development Team whilst providing regular updates to your clients on the progress
  • Supporting at any roadshows and events FEPS may be a part of
  • Supporting with the development of technical briefings/scripts for training, which will be invaluable to your client base when using our software

What makes you the ideal Customer Relationship Officer for us?

  • Previous experience in a customer/client focussed environment -You’ll get a real buzz for genuinely wanting to help our customers.
  • The ability to work as part of a busy and fast paced team - multi tasking is essential (free coffee is available all day, every day!)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and resolution.
  • The ability to use a variety of systems and MS packages such as excel.
