Customer Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager
Murray Myers Recruitment is very pleased to represent an apprenticeship and engineering training provider and support them with their search for a CRM
You will be responsible for approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients and also secure repeat sales both via telephone calls and emails and in person.
You will identify employers for the purpose of placing a new learner and/or identifying learners who wish to embark on a programme.
You will also need to be able to create detailed proposal documents often as part of a formal bidding process and maintain appropriate sales tracking systems and procedures relating to sales pipeline.
Updating both your line manager on secured business and achievements and the management team on key priorities in national and regional strategies.
You will need experience of:-
- Experience of working in a pressurised sales environment
- Excellent negotiator and be able to close the sale
- Excellent administrative Skills
- Exceptional relationship building skills
Knowledge of FE Sector and Funded Programme
This is an office based position with the occasional need to attend client sites whilst undertaking monitoring meetings with employers (both desktop and field based) and will need to work occasionally outside of core hours
