We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Assistant. The role is to provide comprehensive Administration support to the Key Account Managers and Account Management Director. We are looking for someone who's organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.

Role responsibilities and summary

  • Managing a portfolio of customers for Cash Collection and Credit Control.
  • Managing an internal service inbox and dealing with Customer and Internal inquiries.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and completing KPI information for Key Account Managers.
  • Running and manipulating customer reports within Excel and Power BI.
  • Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
  • Using simple KPI and KAPTA platforms for reporting.
  • Co-ordination and support Key Account Managers with contractual paperwork in line with company processes.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
  • Supporting other teams on Annual Leave.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Dynamics.

  • Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret the information effectively to continuously improve the department/team.
