We are recruiting for an exciting Customer Relations Coordinator role within Honda Motor Europe. We are seeking an experienced customer service coordinator who can provide an excellent level of service to their customers! The successful candidate will ensure the department meets its service levels on cases that have been escalated. 

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with more complex customer cases being able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. This is a 6 month contract which has the potential to go permanent.

 Responsibilities

  • Support the Honda Customer Relations Team with the most complex customer cases on a daily basis.
  • Communicate with dissatisfied customers and always keep promises in re-contacting through exceptional time management skills.
  • Great communicator with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Gather all necessary information from the customer, Dealer network, and internal departments

The role is inside IR35 and the rate is £16.23ph. 

You will enjoy a 35 hr week and a hybrid working model which requires 50% of the working month based at the Bracknell office. 

Excellent working environment and 1pm finish on a Friday!
