Customer Liaison Officer
Redhill, Surrey - working throughout area of supply.
Salary up to £25,000 + benefits
Our client supplies water to 685,000 people in the London Boroughs of Sutton, Merton, and Croydon, as well as across East Surrey and parts of Kent. They are a forward thinking, innovative company that is highly regarded for their efficiency and customer service.
Working in this key role you will provide overall support to customers as required, both on a 1:1 basis and as part of a wider community support system. Proactively assisting and supporting customers throughout their financial difficulties, you will determine any priority needs as well as ensuring the customer’s requirements are met at all times and ultimately establish repayment of water charges. Acting as liaison and point of contact between customer and Company, you will provide accurate information and advice.
It’s desirable that you have a working knowledge of the customer related aspects of the Water / Utilities industry and an understanding of County Court proceedings, however this is not essential. Ultimately they’re looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, to advise customer on the telephone and face to face, who is computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
Due to the nature of the role a full clean driving licence is essential.
