Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Hourly pay rate: £10.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Location: Epsom
Parking on-site: Yes
On-going temporary role starting IMMEDIATELY
Duration: 10-12 months

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service candidate who has specialised within a call centre environment handling large call volumes to join a very well known, successful organisation with modern offices located in Epsom.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting a culture focused on customer satisfaction, delivered through effective systems & processes
  • Ensuring that customers questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly

We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer services environment, be able to have good decision making and judgement skills with clear written and oral communication skills. You must be PC literate with intermediate level IT skills in Microsoft Word & Excel.
