REED Business Support are recruiting for a number of Customer Experience Coordinators with our client based in Peterborough.
You will be responsible for dealing with incoming queries and able to advise customers on products and services which the company provide based on the customer’s needs.
You will also provide a coordination, booking and administration service, as well as develop internal and external relationships.
The successful candidate will deal with administration, input data on to a database and maintain and update customer’s information.
If you have commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer’s needs and recognise opportunities then this role could be for you.
