Are you a CRM system expert keen to utilise your technical platform knowledge to power-up this retailer to have the best customer communications?
THE COMPANY
This is a well-known retailer group in the homeware space, catering for all their customer needs. With both in-store and online offerings, they are currently going through a digital transformation, and they are looking for technical CRM expert to maximise their Tealium platform to help them on this journey!
THE ROLE
As the CDP Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Collaborating with the wider CRM and Analytics team on programme planning
- Act as a Tealium SME for the business, delivering high quality automated programmes
- Support the wider team with Tealium and how it can be best optimised
- Assist the CRM team with data planning and audience selections for campaigns
- Constantly look to utilise new features within Tealium, like APIs and data ingestion from different sources
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Tealium experience is necessary for this role
- In depth experience in CDP management is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL ideal
- Strong communication skills needed to work with non-technical stakeholders
