Our clients Advisors provide a first point of contact for a range of external customers wishing to book a service or report a breakdown and they rely on their service delivery skills and knowledge to provide an excellent customer journey.
They provide first class training and support empowering their teams to become confident decision makers whilst handling inbound calls from customers providing an efficient, responsive, one-stop service. The Advisors are also responsible for dealing with problem resolution, providing information and advice and effectively deploying engineers.
Ideally you should have experience in customer service delivery and working within a contact centre environment and will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
You will work an average of 40 hours per week scheduled in varying shifts– the contact centre is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday / Sundays.
