Gigaclear are a rapidly expanding, game-changing, ultrafast fibre-optic broadband provider. We have grown from 30 to 200 employees over the last 2 years and growth continues. We are a transparent bunch where initiative and hard-work is rewarded with development and progression. Our Customer Care department is going through a period of high growth and we need more customer focused Customer Service Assistants to join this growing team.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, the Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing support to customers during the process of signing up and installing their new broadband connection, plus trouble shooting and fault fixing any issues thereafter.
This will involve answering incoming calls in an appropriate manner, reviewing online cases, analysing issues, establishing likely causes and administering and managing the escalation process. It will involve keeping internal systems up to date with accurate information and also liaising with other internal departments to help resolve complaints and provide updates.

You will be friendly, honest, sincere and will be someone who can listen, show empathy, yet be persuasive and will be able to take ownership of issues and see them through to successful conclusions.
