We're looking for a permanent and full time Customer Care Advisor to join our friendly and dedicated Customer Care team at our Head Office in High Wycombe. The working hours will include some weekend, bank holiday and Christmas cover.
As a Customer Care Advisor you will deliver exceptional customer care via telephone, email and live chat, providing a bespoke and personal service to every single customer to meet their needs. You will liaise with our Warehouse Team and couriers to resolve issues with orders and also work closely with our stores.

You will need to have proven experience dealing with customers in either an office environment or shop floor and have excellent communication skills, specifically in building relationships with customers. Full training will be provided however you will need the ability to multitask and a good standard of IT skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive and flexible, and the right candidate must be able to use their initiative when dealing with customers. You must demonstrate an appreciation and understanding of the importance of customer care as a function within the business and you will need to be able to apply the Mint Velvet brand culture in everything you do.
