Customer Advisor - Italian speaking trilingual

We are recruiting for an Italian speaking Customer Advisor to join our Customer Support team. We are seeking a collaborative individual to work as part of a dynamic team to add value to people's reproductive health.
This exciting role is pivotal to SPD, offering an opportunity to accurately and professionally manage contacts with our customers directly, gathering key information about our products and supporting consumers to use them correctly. You will have strong and effective communication skills in multiple languages and be customer focused with proven experience in providing excellent customer service and handling challenging and emotive calls. The role holder will be accountable for managing relevant product investigations, liaising with and building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Compliance is key, and we are looking for an individual who has high attention to detail and is well organised to effectively multi-task to meet the targets and satisfy the needs of the team and our customers. You will be fluent in written and verbal English and Italian, plus a third language (Spanish, French, German, Dutch or Russian). It would be beneficial to have a background in biological science. Applicants need to be UK based and able to travel to the Bedford, UK office for initial training plus team days about 5-6 times per year.
