Working Hours: Fully Flexible - Monday to Sunday between 6am and 10pm

Contract: 12 Months - Temp to Perm opportunity

Overview:

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS WORKING WITHIN "BANKING" AS PART OF THE NEW NATIONWIDE CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE IN PEGASUS, SWINDON.

Speaking to Nationwide's customers on the telephone requires an exceptional level of service, as you will be helping them to manage their finances. You will be required to ensure that every customer interaction has a positive outcome - so making sure you do the right thing for our customers is paramount to Nationwide's success. Whether you're supplying them with account information or processing an overdraft request, you'll need to think about the bigger picture for Nationwide's customers and how you can help them more; by discussing other products or services they may benefit from and give them an opportunity to discuss these needs further with a colleague. It's a challenging but supportive environment and we will provide you with all the training you'll need to.

Ideal Candidate:

Competencies: Excellent communication skills. Ability to make & explain decisions clearly. Computer literacy is essential as you will be required to use numerous systems at any one time.

Values: Confident, demonstrate a passion for Customer Service & providing the best outcome for the Customer.

Experience: Customer service experience is essential.

*This is a TEMP-PERM opportunity*

This is a 35-hour week with flexible shifts falling between 8am - 8pm Monday- Sunday. (For example, 8-4, 9-5, 11-7, 12-8).

Candidates will be required to work 8 out of 12 weekends on a Saturday or Sunday (not both).

NO HOLIDAY CAN BE TAKEN IN THE FIRST 4 WEEKS OF STARTING DUE TO ESSENTIAL TRAINING THAT CANNOT BE MISSED.

Working hours during your training period will mirror your Managers shift pattern.
