Our client, a leader in the insurance industry, is recruiting for a customer advisor to be based in their motor retentions team in Ipswich. This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours a week, shifts between Monday - Friday 08:00 - 21:15, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 17:00. The role will pay a salary of £18,598 + OTE of £2,400 per annum + benefits.
The role will require you to take inbound calls, dealing with motor insurance customers. You will be aiming to renew their policies by selling the benefits of the policy or managing a variety of queries. You will be creating a positive experience, handling all customer queries professionally and efficiently, whilst delivering first class communication.
You will be required to be a confident communicator and have a passion for making a difference to the customer's experience. You will have excellent attention to detail, as well as a drive and enthusiasm for excellent customer service. You should also be PC literate.
