This role offers a mixture of admin and customer service and will suit a bright and active individual who enjoys being part of a friendly team. There will be the possibility to progress into other areas as the company expands over the next few years.

Job Description:

  • Meeting and greeting customers in the Front Office
  • Answering customer quote e-mail enquiries for repair work
  • Answering general enquiries by phone
  • Booking in products into the company ticketing system
  • Processing work to the carbon and restoration teams
  • Preparing products for return shipping
  • Moving products to different departments and shipping boxes

Person Specifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills is essential
  • Experience of office or light industrial work
  • Love of cycling and or knowledge of the bike trade ideal but not essential
  • Ability to be articulate and unflustered in front of customers
  • Sound numeracy and literacy skills
  • Competent with computers, e mail, spreadsheets, images etc (Microsoft Office and Email)
  • Punctuality and attention to detail
  • Knowledge and or interest in Social Media projects for Company promotion would be ideal but not required

Additional Information:

  • Based in Leatherhead
  • £25,000, dependant on experience and qualifications
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
  • Pension scheme
