We are on a mission to be the partner of choice for developing people and their communities. Reed in Partnership is a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employers and providing youth services.

What the job is about

The Curriculum Executive supports the delivery of training to Participants across Reed in Partnership by researching, writing and producing high quality training products including schemes of work, lesson plans, trainer guides, learner workbooks, podcasts and other resources.

The role provides flexible product development support across a broad range of accredited and non-accredited training delivered through classroom, 1:1 and work-based learning methods as required to meet business needs, including training targeted at different groups of Participants and sectors.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Interest in education and training
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Good organisational abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and manage demanding workloads
  • Innovative approach to curriculum design – including e-learning
  • Ability to deliver outstanding training
  • Have or are working towards a teaching / training qualification e.g. PGCE, DTTLS, CTTLS, PTTLS, Award in Education and Training Level 3 or 4
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement and relationship skills
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
