The product aand optimisation function is rapidly growing and developing and they're building up an environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. They're investing heavily into their digital infrastructure and this position is a representation of the movement towards this digital transformation.

WHATS ON OFFER

• An opportunity to work for a leading agency who invests in their people. You'll be joining a rapidly growing and developing area of the business with the opportunity to build out the optimisation function further.
• You'll be involved in all areas across the product roll-out and CRO process, including strategizing, shaping product roadmaps, identifying key areas for opportunity, and creating test plans.
• You'll be working with experts in the digital and product space, with an opportunity to build out a CRO team and function working cross-functionally with designers and developers.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Previous experience in a CRO/Optimisation position is necessary, with a testing tool such as Google Optimize or Adobe Target.
• Hands-on experience using a Web Analytics tool such as Google/Adobe Analytics.
• Proven experience successfully managing an A/B testing program.
