Up to £50,000 + £5,000 car allowance

Birmingham (Hybrid)

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Digital Analyst to join the team and help spearhead the CRO Strategy.

The Company

Working in the e-commerce team under the Trading Manager, this company has grown year on year within the data space. This role is a new-of-its-kind role within the business, where you will have real opportunity to impact the trading, merchandising and personalisation performance.

The Role

As a CRO Analyst, you will be:

  • Building and driving strategy to drive conversion.
  • Implementing initiatives to continually increase conversion rate, and average basket value whilst decreasing exit and bounce rates.
  • Using data analytics insights to drive customer value.
  • Providing actionable insights to make to the merchandising and optimisation teams to ensure you're continuously driving conversion.

Skills & Experience

To be successful as a CRO Analyst, you must have experience:

  • Being hands-on in GA4, identifying new metric sets.
  • Writing SQL in a commercial environment.
  • Experience working in a CRO-specific role and be able to build strategies to drive conversion.
  • Working cross-functionally - with merchandising, data, optimisation and trading teams.
