We’re looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join our client, a fast-growing financial services business. This is a rather hands on role which would be perfect for a  creative, yet data focused CRM specialist looking for their next challenge.

What you’ll be doing

As the CRM Executive you will be part of a sizeable marketing team and report into the lifecycle & retention marketing manager. You’ll be responsible for building engaging and personalised automated campaigns across email, SMS, in-app & push.

You will build and deploy broadcast campaigns as well as communication journeys and customer segmentation to support effective delivery of personalised multi-channel messaging. You’ll also support with the implementation of the customer retention strategy.

This role will require you to analyse all campaigns and their results as well as customer data to optimise performance and report back their findings.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • At least 1 years' experience within a CRM role or a digital marketing role with a CRM focus
  • Experience of working across email marketing
  • A good understanding of CRM platforms
  • A knowledge of automated journey building
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in customer segmentation
  • Analytically minded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent self-motivation, timekeeping & organisational skills
