CRM Manager - Luxury

A luxury retailer is looking for an exceptional CRM Manager. The role is newly created and will focus on the CRM activity of the business. A new strategy will be set out and implemented across direct mail and email, supporting the brand's exciting period of growth.

The ideal candidate will be an established CRM Manager who is confident in creating and implementing end to end CRM strategies. They must be experienced and confident in running email strategies, retention marketing strategies and customer insight analysis showing ability to communicate and work effectively with other stakeholders within the business. The brand is currently at the start of an exciting new project that is sure to establish them even further in the market, this role will play an integral part in the launch. Suiting someone who is highly entrepreneurial and eager to make an impact within a luxury brand, they will ideally have a luxury background within Travel, Food or Fashion.

Key responsibilities:

*Take responsibility and ownership of the email marketing strategy
*Deliver a multichannel CRM strategy
*Grow the customer database
*Build relationships with key stakeholders
*Drive customer retention
*Track campaigns in order to strategically drive CRM performance
