I am looking for a CRM Manager, to join a successful CRM and Marketing team, within a globally famous brand in North London.
It’s an exciting time to join as they're working on exciting new multi-channel marketing strategies and concepts to demonstrate the value of their CRM channel to the business, and how they can utilise the systems to help deliver an even better experiences to its customers moving forward.
As CRM Manager, you will lead the full end-to-end management of CRM communications, as well as delivering new projects and customer initiatives. From understanding key objectives through to final quality assurance and the end delivery. You will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager in the shaping and delivery of the CRM strategy across different multi-channels including email, push notifications, app engagement and Customer loyalty.
As CRM Manager, you will have the opportunity to be instrumental in the CRM development for one the most recognised brands on the planet. Delivering interesting and dynamic work in a fantastic environment and within an organisation who is heavily investing in the future of CRM and Digital.
Key Must Haves
- Experience building, shaping and delivering end to strategies, including Customer journeys, acquisition and retention
- Experience utilising customer data from different touch-points in order to develop customer roadmaps/Lifecycle messages
- Data Savvy- Experience, ideally with some with planning, Segmentation, providing insights,
- Comfortable analysing situations and make recommendations
- Knowledge around Lifecycle messaging and email marketing would be a benefit
- Strong experience with marketing and data strategy
- Strong knowledge of customer databases (ideally ones with a single customer view)
- Enjoy working as part of a team and taking the lead on projects
