Office based (some flexibility will be considered)

Hours - 9am-5.30pm Monday - Thursday and 9am-5pm on Friday

Magistrates Court preparation and advocacy together with some police station attendances (but predominantly advocacy)

Out of hours police station and Saturday and BH Court cover on a rota basis for which overtime is paid

23 days hols + Bank Hols (subject to covering BH courts on a rota basis)

Car park pass if necessary (Mon-Fr)

Overview:
Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd are recruiting on behalf of an exceptional Criminal Defence Solicitors based in Liverpool. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solicitor to join an already successful team.

As a Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong negotiation skills and a passion for the law.

Duties:

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Prepare legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Attend meetings with clients to discuss their legal needs
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop strategies for cases

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Criminal Defence Solicitor

- Duty Qualified (Preferable)

- Police Station Accredited

- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
