Credit Risk Project Manager

Job Purpose

The Data Management team is a service provider to the UK and Global Risk teams. As a Credit Risk Project Manager, you will have responsibility for developing and providing data across the Retail, Corporate & Commercial and Wholesale portfolios to stakeholders primarily within the Finance and Risk divisions.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

To be successful in the role you will need to ensure that business-as-usual (BAU) data is delivered on-time and to a high standard. You will need to be able to discuss the reports and the underlying data with stakeholders and resolve any questions that might arise. Any changes to the data and reporting will need to be documented and progressed using appropriate change management including testing and stakeholder approval. At times you will be asked to produce ad-hoc data and investigate queries.
In addition, a number of projects are expected to impact the work. These include the delivery of new data infrastructure using lake technology and delivery of new dash-boarding tools. As well as regulatory and other IT or business projects changing the data available for analysis and reporting.

Summary of Key Competencies
As a Credit Risk Project Manager your skills and experience will include:

Project Management experience

Ability to work in a time pressured environment

 SAS and/or SQL experience
 Robust knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
 Proven ability to articulate key messages and analysis clearly and concisely to colleagues and management on a regular basis
 Excellent relationship building skills with third parties, internal customers and team colleagues alike
