Credit Controller

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for our client based in Braintree on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will provide sales ledger services and will be responsible for all banking responsibilities and management of Partner activity on Sales & Purchase Ledger.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accurate inputting of information onto D365 coupled with consistent descriptions and coding of income and expenditure
• Production of information on a timely basis in order to meet internal and external reporting deadlines
• Communicating in a polite, helpful manner with customers & suppliers
• Accurately filing
• Allocating customer payments

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Credit Control or similar role
• Strong customer service, negotiation and influencing skills
• Relationship management experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong excel skills
• Strong analytical skills

Working hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00, with hybrid working available (2 days in the office per week) once training period is completed.
