We are excited to be representing a leading client based in Berwick-upon-Tweed are looking for a part-time Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis.

The role will be over 20 hours per week with flexibility on this for the right person. Salaries up to £32,000 FTE will be considered, pro rata to the part-time hours.

As Credit Controller for our businesses you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Chasing overdue payments and managing collections.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements with clients.
  • Communicating with clients regarding credit issues.
  • Identifying and addressing credit risks.
  • Reporting on credit control activities and performance.
  • Collaborating with the finance teams to resolve credit issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations.
The Person:
We are looking for someone with:
  • experience in Credit Control (Preferably Consumer and/or individuals)
  • commitment to maintaining the highest standards
  • progressive thinking
  • strong eye for detail and organisation
  • excellent communication, service and interpersonal skills
  • competence in Microsoft Office/Excel.
