Credit Control

Join this city centre organisation on a temporary basis as a credit controller. The team is expanding as well as undergoing a systems transformation, therefore they require some support in the credit control function.

The role is supporting the credit control team and will involve:

Processing money received via the bank to customer accounts

Processing money received via online payments to customer accounts

Answering emails and phone calls

Chasing customers for outstanding debt

Raising invoices

The ideal candidate will be immediately available and happy to commit to a role for the next three months. You will have previous credit control and sales ledger experience and be confident communicating over the phone and on email.
