Credit Control Administrator

My client are a global firm based in the heart of Leeds City Centre. They are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to manage the disconnections process for overdue customers.

Duties for a Credit Control Administrator include:

  • Managing all customers that are going through the disconnection process
  • Work alongside the Credit Controllers to ensure all notice letters are sent on time
  • Ensure all compliance procedures are met and warrants for disconnections obtained
  • Work with third parties to ensure a smooth and effective process
  • Reconciliation of invoices
  • Provide regular MI reports
  • Assist credit control with debt retrieval where possible

Personal Specification:

  • Previous credit control experience is essential
  • Experience within the utility/service industry desirable
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proficient in using Excel for reporting

Salary is between £20,000 + Benefits
