Creative Content Assistant - Hybrid

Location: Dorking (3 days per week in-office) after training
Salary: Equivalent to £25,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time | 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Immediate Start

Are you a creative professional with a flair for content and an eye for design? We are seeking a confident and capable individual to join a busy ecommerce team and support the creation of engaging product content for Amazon and other online marketplaces.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the refresh and launch of product listings and help bring new seasonal ranges to life.

We are currently refreshing a range of product listings and preparing new content ahead of next year’s launches. With the team at capacity, we are looking for someone who can step in and make an immediate impact during a 3-month fixed-term period.

• Create Premium A+ content for new and existing product listings using brand templates

• Enhance listings with in-house or stock imagery, and photograph products where required

• Work collaboratively with the Marketplace Trading Manager and the wider creative and marketing teams

• Assist with SEO-friendly listing copy, keyword selection, and image optimisation

• Monitor and improve listing performance using available data and tools

• Highly creative and self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Figma and product photography is beneficial

• Experience creating Premium A+ content for Amazon is preferred, but not essential

• Excellent eye for visual detail and brand alignment

• Comfortable handling provided content and generating your own supporting assets when needed

• Monday to Friday, full-time hours (9:00am-5:30pm with 1-hour lunch)

• First couple of weeks: full-time in the Dorking office

• After initial training: hybrid working pattern with office days on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and remote working on Wednesday and Thursday

• Office-based work required three days per week

• 3-month fixed-term contract

• Reporting to the Senior Creative Content Lead, with close collaboration with the Marketplace Trading Manager

• Salary equivalent to £25,000 per annum
