Cover supervisor
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team. This position involves supervising classes during the absence of teachers, ensuring that students continue to receive a high-quality education.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons to students
- Maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Managing student behaviour and promoting a culture of mutual respect
- Providing support to students who require additional assistance
- Ensuring that all school policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
- A degree in any subject
- Experience working with children or young adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
