Cover Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Implement pre-set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Engage with students and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Adapt to different school settings, including those with SEN requirements.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Contribute to the overall educational experience of students.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is advantageous.
* Comfortable working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Flexible availability for immediate start.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel to different schools across Cardiff.
