Randstad Education are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors in the Chester and Cheshire West area. Classroom experience is desirable for this role. Immediate starts are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Handing out/collecting in work and explaining tasks to the class
  • Ensuring that pupils stay on-task during lessons
  • Following the school's Behaviour Policy to ensure good classroom management
  • Communicating effectively with pupils and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in Education (desirable)
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
