Role Overview:

  • Cover Supervision: Facilitate learning by overseeing classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
  • Maintain Classroom Order: Ensure students remain on task and adhere to school policies and procedures.

  • Engage with Students: Foster positive relationships with pupils, encouraging participation and enthusiasm for learning.
