Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be managing classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher. While the lesson materials will be provided, your role is crucial in keeping the class engaged and on task. You'll support students as they navigate through the lesson, ensuring they comprehend and complete assigned tasks.

• Positive attitude, pro-activeness, and adaptability are essential.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Access to industry-leading Continuous Professional Development (CPD) through the national college.
• Ability to maintain class motivation and focus in the absence of the teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage classrooms effectively in the teacher's absence.
• Support students as they work through assigned tasks.
• Ensure a conducive learning environment.
