Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and effectively manage classroom behaviour.
  • Provide support to students in their learning and assist with any queries they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and report any issues to the relevant staff members.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring student engagement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
