As a Cover Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing cover for a wide range of lessons across the school.
• Ensuring the continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a respectful atmosphere.
• Following lesson plans and delivering pre-prepared content effectively.

• Resilience and patience.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
