Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Secondary School

Location: Bexley

Pay: £90 - £110 per day

Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the school community, stepping in to lead classrooms when teachers are absent. This position is on a supply basis, and successful candidates will need to be contactable early in the morning to accept bookings. Your responsibilities will include supervising and managing the classroom, ensuring a positive learning environment, and facilitating the continuation of the students' education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and engage students in their work.
• Supervise students during class, ensuring they stay on task and focused.
• Support the learning process by answering questions and providing guidance.
