As Programme Coordinator you will focus on supporting Lifetime's Public Sector and L5 Management and Leadership programmes to ensure all clients and learners receive an outstanding experience.
You will be the key point of contact for all learners, from the initial nomination to the learner completion, building trusted relationships with learners, trainers and clients.
You will manage all nominations, course bookings, and provide course delegates with all relevant pre- and post-course materials, maintain accurate learner records and work collaboratively with the Curriculum team to plan and develop the programme modules and Marketing to raise brand awareness of the programmes
You will also be a key point of contact for our clients and manage event logistics to ensure the end-to-end process delivers a quality experience to the client
This challenging and exciting role will require someone who has previous experience of organising schedules, courses or events and has the ability to work in a highly demanding environment.
Experience within Learning & Development would be an advantage as would a L5 management qualification (ILM/CMI) or equivalent.
You will also have proven experience of developing and maintaining strong relationships and excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
