Role Overview: As the Costing Business Partner you'll be at the heart of the financial strategy, supporting decision making and driving business growth through product costing, margin analysis and product profitability. Your insights will be crucial by evaluating products and projects and ensuring financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate product costings

• Supporting the Commercial team, understanding cost drivers, inflation, factory costs & logistics

• Responsible for maintaining BOM's & standard costs throughout the Division

• Support in the annual standard cost revaluation process

• Maintenance of cost of sales data in Integrated Planning tool, ensuring accuracy to SAP costings

• Responsible for the margin by analysis, working with the Finance Business partners, reporting monthly versus budget

• Playing a key role in the budgeting and forecasting process

• Responsible for the continuous improvement of the costing process, working with the wider team, ensuring live forms include latest pricing & costs where applicable

• Continuously improving relationships between Finance and key departments & stakeholders

• Working with Project Managers on new business, launches etc.

• Spending time in the factory (all sites) & working with Ops and Finance BP to understand time and motion of products, waste, capacity constraints, complexity etc

• Attend new product launches where required.

Package:
