They offer comprehensive services covering various areas of corporate law, catering to a diverse clientele across the nation. You will be handling a wide range of Mergers & Acquisitions, including share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements, and general corporate restructuring including but not limited to shareholders' agreements, articles of associates, joint venture agreements. Their continuous training programmes and strong support system create an outstanding career prospect for you to broaden your legal expertise and attain significant milestones in your profession.
