The Role

This leading Top 50 UK are seeking a Corporate Senior Associate to join their Manchester Office.

They strive for excellence; working collaboratively with their competitively ranked L500 counterparts, you will access to a broad mix of matters for an interesting and high profile portfolio of clients, across a range of sectors.

This team offers a complete service across all areas of Corporate Law, for both Private & Public sector clients; such as:

• M&A
• MBOs
• Corporate Reorganisations
• Joint ventures
• Private Equity
• Venture Capital 

This is a prioritised team, offering all the resources and investment for you to forge your career & develop your own practice at a leading Top 50 UK firm.

You Will Be:

• A Corporate Lawyerwith 6 PQE +
• (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
• Proven experience from a leading Regional, National or City Practice
• Open to those looking to relocate from within the UK
