Join a leading international law firm seeking a Corporate Associate (4-7 years PQE) to join their London team.

The position entails advising on international corporate transactions, particularly focusing on high-profile international M&A (public and private), with opportunities in venture capital, private equity, and equity capital markets. The work closely aligns with key sectors including technology, communications, media, energy, life sciences, and retail, with cross-border transactions across 31 offices.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated lawyer with a strong sense of responsibility. They should be technically excellent, able to apply legal skills practically, and have a desire to work in a truly international firm. Key qualifications include exceptional academic achievement, experience leading corporate transactions in a comparable environment, and flexibility to support a broad range of corporate transactions with a focus on private M&A work.
