As a Corporate Lawyer, you'll be instrumental in advising our diverse clientele, including manufacturing, engineering, professional services, banking, charities, and owner-managed businesses. You'll provide dynamic and personalised legal counsel across various areas, including business acquisitions, mergers, investments, reorganisations, share schemes, and branding. Collaborate closely with our Corporate Partners to enhance your skills and contribute to our client-centric approach.

We seek a results-driven Corporate Lawyer with a strong technical background and prior experience in corporate law. You should excel in communication, stakeholder management, and possess strong commercial acumen.
