Corporate Law Solicitor - Manchester OR Liverpool

Achieve Professionals are currently representing a leading UK law firm in their requirement for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to be based in either their Manchester or Liverpool office.

Candidates looking for full-time or part-time (4 days) will be considered for this role and flexible working is available.

Experience & Responsibilities:

• You'll need at least 4 years corporate law experience in a reputable law firm or in-house role.
• You'll be working on M&A transactions, Corporate restructures, VC and and PE Investments, Share option schemes, Debt financing transactions and Joint Venture matters.

Skills & Attributes:

• You'll have a commercial mindset.
• Possess strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Be able to work collaboratively and take responsibility for supervision and training of more junior colleagues.
