We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Hospitality Manager for a global brand in the built space, this exciting opportunity will manage the day to day running of all corporate hospitality functions for the company, responsible for front of house management, housekeeping, Events ( internal & external ) & full hospitality budget control. This role will be Monday to Friday and be 5 days office based. This individual will manage teams across the business within the hospitality function. The ideal candidate may have worked in a similar role in a creative, hospitality, hotel or similar environment. 

Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :
  • Line Management of multiple staff across teams
  • Full responsibility for Budget and costing management
  • Credit card/corporate account reconciliation
  • Manage relationships with vendors
  • Manage all internal & external events
  • Ensure company meeting spaces & rooms are set up accordingly
  • Manage a team of reception staff
  • Managing office space presentation
  • Ensure highest standards of the office and events spaces at all times
  • Ad hoc support across the business as needed
  • Event set up & close down
  • Managing all internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure a 1st class service at all times.
  • Keep up to date with industry knowledge & events
Great to have's :
  • Experience working in a large global company
  • Built industry experience
