• Involvement in Financial Due Diligence on a breadth of transaction
• Contributions to corporate finance operations
• Managing financial risk and investments
• Developing financial strategies and plans
• Implementing financial controls and procedures
• Coordinating with other departments for financial planning
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance Executive should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Must have the ACA/ ACCA qualification
• Ideally, the candidate will have some advisory experience
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and databases
• Good communication and team working skills
