Position Overview:
As a Corporate Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on financial strategies, driving value creation initiatives, and optimizing operational efficiency to enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of corporate finance functions, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with clients' business objectives to drive sustainable growth and value creation.
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize operational performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on capital allocation, investment decisions, and risk management to support long-term value creation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring efforts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert insights and recommendations on financial matters, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes, market developments, and emerging trends in corporate finance to ensure compliance and drive innovation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to enhance the firm's reputation and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting, with a focus on value creation and strategic financial management.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, and valuation techniques, as well as proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts and deliver impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Professional certifications such as ACA/ACCA along with CFA/CPQ, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with clients in diverse industries.
